WHOSRILA

WHOSRILA is a Kingston-born, independent reggae crossover artist, songwriter, creative director, and self-producing force — an artist operating entirely on his own terms. His sound moves freely between reggae, hip-hop, and R&B: music rooted in Jamaican culture, but refusing to be contained by it.

Growing up in Kingston, WHOSRILA developed a creative voice bigger than any single genre. He came up as a visual artist first — a video director who understood that music and image are the same conversation. That background shapes everything he makes. Where most artists hand off creative control, WHOSRILA holds it: concept, production, direction — every record is a complete statement.

That intentionality has built an organic, growing audience. Placements on curated Spotify playlists including New Reggae 2026: Fresh Export have put his music in front of listeners actively searching for the genre’s next wave.

Now, WHOSRILA is releasing “Made You” — his most ambitious single to date. Directed by Jesse James, with photography by Lumi Pulkkinen and production support from M1 Productions and The Innr City, “Made You” is the fullest expression of the WHOSRILA creative vision: visually driven, sonically uncompromising, and built to move across formats, playlists, and markets.
